Moon Crater vase, topaz

Stock Number: 5107c

This is what we believe to be a mould-blown Moon Crater vase designed for Wedgwood Glass by Ronald Stennett-Willson.  The design was made to celebrate the first moon landing.
The vase is in the topaz colourway and is 24 cm (9.6 inches) in height.  It weighs 1.375 kg. (~ 3 lb).  There is a sand blasted "WEDGWOOD ENGLAND" mark on the base, underneath a representation of the Portland Vase, a trademark of Wedgwood Glass.   There are no chips, cracks, significant scratches or any obvious evidence of restoration.
